  • Refunds
    All refunds will be issued as store credit, redeemable both online and in-store.

  • Color Variations
    Product photos are taken under neutral lighting to match actual colors.
    Minor differences due to screen settings or brightness are not valid reasons for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items
    Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that are:

    • Customized or altered

    • Used

    • Missing original tags, packaging, or invoices

  • Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

    • For international returns, use a reliable courier. Responsibility for loss or damage during return shipping rests with the sender.

  • Damage Documentation
    If your product arrives damaged, take clear photographs of both the product and packaging. Send them via WhatsApp or email.
    Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchange Limit
    Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Multiple exchange requests for the same order will not be entertained.
